Shipping policy

We deliver anywhere in India. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

We pack and ship your order once your payment is confirmed (cash-on-delivery orders ship straight away), usually within 1–2 working days. You'll get a WhatsApp message with the courier and tracking number.

Most orders arrive within 3–6 days of shipping, depending on your city. Remote areas can take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Every jar is sealed with a tamper-evident band, wrapped and packed to travel safely. If a jar arrives damaged, see our returns & refunds policy.

Please check your address and pincode at checkout. If a parcel comes back because of a wrong address or because nobody accepted it, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery; the second courier charge may be payable.
