Chaati is a small family business. We collect only what we need to deliver your ghee, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

Your name, mobile number, delivery address and (if you give it) email.
Your orders and their payment status.
Messages you send us, such as payment screenshots.

How we use it

To deliver your order and send you updates on WhatsApp and email.
To confirm your payment.
Occasionally, to ask whether you're running low on ghee. Tell us to stop and we won't message you again.

Who we share it with

Only the courier that delivers your parcel (name, phone, address) and, if you pay online, our payment provider. We never see your card details or UPI PIN.

Cookies and storage

We use a cookie to keep you signed in. Your cart is saved in your own browser. We don't use advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time. We keep order records as long as the law requires for accounts and tax.
